    i don’t like portraits of kids due to their boring repetitive commonplace takes. but this one has a strength & originality of its own, due to her posture & dress & light. so, very very shot really

      Ha ha, yes it’s always a good time for another coffee 🙂 Thank you for your kind comments. I agree with you about the kid portraits as they often can be too sweet and cutesy. I try and avoid that but it’s hard to have an objective eye when photographing your own children. Cheers!

    Oh this one hits me very hard! This is an absolutely superb portrait – I love the fact she’s looking down – no eye contact – and I love the warm colours and the generally soft processing – its very well done! A
